Building permits are required in the City of Bonners Ferry.
The City contracts with Idaho Department of Building Safety to administrate the building codes and to provide building inspections. Please contact Rick Hill at 208-215-0211 or at rick.hill@dbs.idaho.gov for questions regarding building code compliance.
Building permit applications can be picked up at City Hall during regular business hours or by clicking the link below. Manufactured homes require a separate application and is included below as well.
